Once you place your order, we immediately start creating your garment or accessory. It typically takes 3-4 business days to ship out your item. Shipping time depends on your location and will be visible at the time you place the order. In the case that a fabric needs to be reordered in order to create your garment, we will contact you immediately. However this issue rarely happens because we are diligent about keeping up with our inventory and will remove listings with fabric that is out of stock. Therefore we recommend ordering a garment as soon as you see one that you love because some of the fabrics in our line are limited edition due to the amount of fabric available from the manufacturer. Limited Edition items will usually be stated in the product listing .

B's Made to Order system was created to cut down on waste common in the fashion industry. We strongly believe that it is necessary to only create things people will use. At B we put the planet ahead of "potential" profit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
